It’s quite simple: during the biggest gastronomic fair in Austria, a wonderfully atmospheric winter evening is staged, which takes guests into a “winter wonderland” they can truly experience.
We do this by setting up a wooden hut in an idyllic spot in the middle of the forest, decorating it winter-style, pampering the invited guests with a fine menu and providing an intensely emotional supporting programme.
